According to recent research by the CEOWORLD magazine, the University of the Arts London’s London College of Fashion has been rated the finest fashion school in the UK. In 200 countries, the study polled 185,000 fashion executives, graduates, international fashion influencers, business professionals, academics from fashion schools, employers, and recruiters.
The Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts, two other UAL institutions, came in at positions 9 and 19, respectively, behind the London College of Fashion, which came in fourth overall. Three of the University of the Arts London’s colleges are among the top 20 fashion schools in the world, so this is a huge accomplishment for the institution.
Andrew Teverson, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Head of the London College of Fashion expressed his joy at the news, saying that “this result builds on evidence which shows our graduates not only receive a world-class education but that a higher percentage of our graduates go on to found or co-found their own business than from any other UK university.”
