Moreover, work-based learning is also an important component in the contemporary competitive business environment that helps in ensuring the right skills and talents are incorporated at the right places.

Information management is in the simplest sense, information management can be understood as the collection, storage, curation, dissemination, archiving as well as destruction of documents, images, drawings, and others of information. Information management can also be understood as the process of identifying the information, its production, overall identification, storage, and utilization considering the organizational, cultural and social, and technological components (Lee et al., 2019). Each of these factors is strategically helping the organizations to meet the business objectives and deal with wider ranges of business developmental perspectives more firmly and appropriately.

There are two kinds of research procedures available in the academic, scientific as well as marketing sector. These include primary quantitative as well as secondary qualitative. From these perspectives, the staff of First Group can train themselves towards meeting the business objectives and to enhance their workplace activities related to health and safety concerns more firmly and efficiently. The inclusion of the program called “Something” was an interactive drama related to enhancing health and safety messages for the employees dealing with emotional responses. Therefore, this interactive drama is strategically working towards the enhancement and growth of employee health and safety at personal concern (Schott and Marshall, 2018). This training and developmental scope has strategically provided scope for wider ranges of employee developmental perspectives and works towards meeting the changing customer demands more firmly and efficiently. The company has also developed a scope for meeting the business objectives by first unveiling at a safety conference for senior directors that gradually has moved on to other employees and departments.

The delivery of proper training and developmental frameworks are certainly very much important in the contemporary business environment. It also makes the organizational performance more appropriate and helps meet the business objectives appropriately and efficiently.
